Shipping Policies



Orders shipping outside the Continental United States.

Time expectancies:

All orders for Stock Merchandise received by 1:00pm E.S.T. Monday-Friday should be shipped within 24 business hours.Every effort is made to ensure that your order is sent the day it arrives.

Transit time is not guaranteed. Please indicate If your order is time sensitive. Expedited shipping options may be available for an additional fee for urgent orders.


If an item on your order is out of stock or cannot be shipped within a timely manner for any reason, you will be notified via email. When an item is backordered your options are:

1.Order the item now and have it shipped when it becomes available

2.Cancel the order, with the option to be notified when the item is available for shipping

Customer is responsible for shipping charges on backordered items

Truck/LTL Freight:

For LTL shipments, free freight includes delivery to a business with a dock or forklift only. Shipping charges will be applied for delivery to residential or limited access location*, lift gate fees**, appointment or any additional service assessed by the carrier. A quote for additional charges is available upon request.

Please inspect all packages upon delivery.Any missing items or any damage MUSTbe noted on the paperworkat the time of delivery.Please make sure to retain a signed copy for yourself and notify us immediately. By US commerce law, all damages are the responsibility of the consumer once a delivery is signed for.

Charges may apply if the customer is not present when delivery is attempted.

*A suggestion for residential deliveries: often we can arrange for you to pick up your shipment from the local terminal of a freight company, to avoid the residential delivery and lift gate charges.

**Lift gate service means the freight is simply lowered to the ground. It is the customer’s responsibility to move it from there.
